be careful with the springs if you have never done it before. I haven't and wont even attempt it on my own without help for the 1st time. springs can kill you in the face if you dont take it out right. eeeekkk

dont be afraid to get help if you need it! thats what friends or mechanics are for

Uhh, what? Not to sound like a dick, but common sense armed with a spring compressor should prevail. To the op, are there any other "budget" options for a w202 besides the H&R springs? Maybe contact Ground Control and see if they can whip up a set of coilover sleeves for your car, unless you know something that I don't (which is very possible, I'm not very knowledgeable with MB cars). Either way good luck with you get low quest, it will look great on it's face with those wheels.

you can buy eibach pro kit also.

it's just lower 3 cm's but with the correct rubber coil support it could be good choice at the back. in front you can compress the coils more 5cm at least..that's what I have done to mine. (not me, my mechanic)

h&r seems to be the best option for me, i think im just gonna order the h&r's and cut coils from them, then have a shop install them for me, less hassel on my side.

yea, im actually gonna see if i can get the whole thing loose, if i can get the whole thing loose the spring should just plop out, i'll cut out 2 and 1/4 coils from the front, and 1 and 1/2 from the back, it should dump me down super low.

1and 1/4 on the front will bottom out your shocks, unless you have Bilstein Sport shocks. Make sure you cut off the bump stops also as two rounds cut off and you will be riding on the bump stops, which are hiding under a plastic boot on the shocks.

just ordered this shit. should be here next week, getting low is getting pricey... i also blew out out one of alpine 12" type r's......

after i sell the other one and the box, im should be able to afford a orion HCCA-12, i should probably just stick to this one sub, but my amp is too powerful and i dont want to deal with different amps and all that shit.

got my head liner, pillar, and rear deck material picked out. should look pretty good, it matches the rest of the interior pretty well.

still waiting on my suspension to show up.

It may work. Very glamorous. But i'm afraid that your salon have to many shades of gray/black. And that wood trim is killing me
