Alright so I just today got the car to the point where I feel somewhat safe airing out on the tires... One nitto is destroyed I'm sure all 4 will need replacement when done. Heres a quick journey through the car:
Bought used back in July of last year:

First day bagged (October 2010):

New system/rear seat delete (April2010):

I'm far from done fender work or frame/body mods to get the car to sit right. The front is about 90% done only needs to be dialed in on the camber and i'll be happy the rears need a bit more pull so that when I refinish the rims the finish doesn't get destroyed I'll update and add info but wanted to at least START the build thread
