Niiiice! what type of suspension is the E38 sittin on?

Its on custom made springs it sits 100mm lower than standard.. i wanted these over coilovers as the ride is closer to factory as the spring rate has been taken in to account and the ride is just awesome now

Thanks for the comment mate and yeah it should settle a futher 5-10mm yet as the springs have just been fitted so should go a tad lower and will be sitting perfect then.

The alloys are 9.5 x 20 on front and 10.5 x 20 on the rear and front tyre 245/35/20 and rear 285/30/20

Needs much more low all round for me, its a nice looking car as is the E46.

Yeah as its a daily and around birmingham theres loadsa potholes and speed bumps its as low as we can go with being functional still lol and e46 again is a daily driver going for the stealth look.

With the 20s though look at the ride height, you could easily get it down another 20mm and not have to worry about ground clearance surely

rims want to be level with the arches then itd be super duper sick and still have plenty of ground clearance for a daily. proper cool none the less.

From bmautosport he only had a few sets left and were getting snapped up quick so just had to get a set as there rare as hens teeth now.

Its on springs so cant go any lower lol maybe in the future when get coilies or air as this was just a quick custom made spring jobbie as coilovers for the e38 are rare and expensive so custom made springs worked out a lot more cheaper and got the look that was desired. In the future may do air or coilovers to have it sitting lower and space out the wheels for some poke..

Thanks man yeah it needs spacers and arches rolled and flared a very lil bit but thats plans for the future.
