I'm kind of in the same boat. I think you'll find you can get rid of several unnecessary pieces to save some weight and simplify the design.

If i had to guess on the motor iwould go with a turbo charged 1.8 miata engine or a f20c !

I'd rather have a car that drives on Rotas, than a car that doesn't, on real wheels ...... . and the 15x8 Rotas will match the 16x9 rear Watanabes ..

Keeping it in the Nissan family I see. I always did like CA18's. Kind of an underdog, underrated motor. And I feel like you could sell off all the rotas and buy a matching pair of wats for the front. A car with this much work deserves it.

I don't have any 15x8 or wider mock up wheels .... and I need to make front mini-tubs ... hopefully I can fiit 15x8.5 -6 fronts and keep the 16x9 -13 rears
