I'm really, really shit at updating my build thread.

So, here's a run down of what's happened since middle December - not a lot!













Then i was a mates workshop who was selling up and stumbled across this fucking beauty. Sadly only the one. 15x8 et-25.



Which i of course had to test fit;





My dream wheels, sadly i don't think i'll ever own a full set, but who knows!

I also made a little video for another venture of mine, sadly had to put it on hold as i've fucked my car.

I then took her to get a new exhaust and decided to get it done properly this time.



That's what the floor did to my old one. Check out my chassis rails in background too - oops.

The new exhaust actually sits higher then the chassis rails now! It's so amazing. Anyone in the UK, i can't recommend Alan at Solid-Fabrications enough, seriously.

Then, this happened. Again. This is the second gearbox i've fucked from being this low.





Driving down a dual carriageway at 70, didn't see a bad join in the road which involved a lip up. Literally caved in the box and i couldn't get it out of 5th gear.

Put a new box in;



Only to drive down the road and discover the input shaft bearings are fucked so needs to come back out again.

Soooo yeah, i'm pretty disheartened at moment, but hopefully get it sorted asap and move onto bodywork that i keep saying is next. Ha.

This is for sale if anyone want's it, moving onto new, bigger things. Want a Silver '03+ Accord Type-S. Load's around for sub 3k, so the car is up for 3k without Brides, Takata's and Plate.

Will be at South Mimms services from around 3pm this Sunday along with a few hundred other Honda's if anyone want's to come check it out.

Why not raise it a little to make it easier for people who want to buy a lower car?

Would genuinely look proper pants. There is so much stretch that if you raise it, even 5-10mm to give more clearance, the tyres would be so far away it'd give the impression of having it raised 20mm.

Will see, tonne of interest as always, just need someone with the cash though.

I was looking to get a FITMENT type plate, but was a bit to scene for me haha.

Got an 03 Accord type-s now, in process of swapping plate over then can properly try and sell Civic.

Hey dude fucking awesome job, i've always loved eg's !! Love the x-bars and im happy you went with the bride over the recaro, sits lower and better. As for the wheels id much preffer the bbs, whyd you get rid of them if you dont mind me asking? Its quite the down grade, like going from a merc, to driving a mini.

Wowo, long reply, i'm so shit at keeping track of multiple forums!

I sold the BBS because it was too low for me after a while, and i was travelling to germany so needed to raise it, had no spare wheels so sold the BBS to fund other things. They was pretty fucked to be honest, bolt gold plating was falling off and i kurbed them pretty badly.

Biggest regret ever though. Like the fitment on the XXR's better, but the BBS looked a thousand times better. Drove better on BBS too weirdly enough.

Been trying to sell the car now for like 3 months, no buyers. Some personal decisions may make me put the EG back no the road for a while, so this may be revived just yet!
