I'll probably have a friend make a delete pipe for the rear muffler one of these days. That oughta make it a bit louder but retain the ability to swap back and forth at my hearts desire.

I found 2 more pics of my car from SoWo as well.

And I just bought one of these for future use.

And last but not least, if you had keys to both, which would you drive?

This I can agree with, but mind always wins, don't want to catch feelings or something.

Haha, it's not that hard. and Surprisingly, it doesn't take that much balls to ride this "low" since its not really that low. All about wheel fitment and suspension travel.Originally posted by Cyklowni View PostDude your car is such an inspiration.. Wish I had the balls to go as low as you!

Yeah... I know you just mad I'm lower than you.Originally posted by NeedingAnAudi View PostYea I wish I could be as low as JVC

Decided I was going to rattle can the Audi stock wheels I will be running this winter, didn't care to sand down the curb rash since they were only $100 with tires and I really don't care to put a lot of effort besides some paint.

This one may have a bit of damage too... haha

On the lookout for a Daily so I can do some more intense work on this thing, it needs a lot of maintenance attention and general work to bring it up to par.Last edited by JVC; 10-09-2014, 07:21 PM.

Well, it's been a long time since I updated this, nothing too major with the car but here we go.

First off, I found out this thing does pretty decent burnouts...

I did some hanging out with a few local Volvo guys earlier this spring

Then I went to SoWo and sat in some traffic and had a blast. #RIPSOWO

Then I took off the Carlssons so that they could be re-finished since they were getting a bit rough from a substandard powdercoat job. So I didn't want to just go straight to winter mode this early, so I put on some wheels I have had for a few years, new in boxes. I bought them on eBay while mildly intoxicated at SoWo 2014 and lowballed the seller on eBay... he accepted and I woke up the next morning to a bit of regret.

Then I got a vanity plate after finally titling the car in Ohio and re-bought a quality underglow kit since I ripped the last one off back on the early pages of this build thread.

and thats where we are today, currently saving for a house, and might buy a vintage Moped project for the winter so things on the Volvo aren't moving too quickly. I'll have the downpipe, intercooler and exhaust manifold i have for this car installed at some point this fall, then start my search for a new set of wheels, maybe some VS-KF if I can find some?
