Did some painting tonight. $60 in paint and it looks pretty darn good for our first attempt at painting with a harbor freight gun!







Gonna do some touch up on it for the small spots we messed up, then wet sand it tomorrow or Monday and have it on for SoWo. Only took about 3-4 hours total, a good portion of that waiting between coats.

I feel like that was all of SoWo, I saw a lot of cars I knew, didn't meet people though. It was infact a crazy busy weekend and with so many cars to look at, I didn't give a fuck to stand around mine. haha

Update.

Moved to Cincinnati, OH last week, car now spends its days and nights outside which is a bummer. Already scraped the R bumper once, will likely happen again, gotta pay to play I guess.

I need to fix my AC, I have no condenser and will likely need a new compressor because my last one was whining like a bitch so I bypassed it with a shorter belt. Any recommendations where to go to get all the AC components to do a full re-fresh?

Wheels could be for sale for the right price if anyone is interested, already getting bored of them, I want something either an inch bigger, or an inch smaller, but definitely wider.

Minor Bump, Now living in Cincinnati, just got a job at Firestone as a Service Writer. Sure is going to be nice to have a very reasonable employee pricing on shop labor. Might have them fix a few things that I don't have time or patience for.

Nothing has really changed with the car, been on the lookout for new wheels and trying to get rid of the RK-II. I love them, but I want to try some 18" and unless I find a super cheap deal on some decent looking 18" wheels, I'll have to sell the RK's to fund the 18's. I also kinda want to try a 235/40 on a 17x8 for a bit more of a track stance feel. I dunno, lots of ideas rolling around and no money until I start working tomorrow.
