So here it is. SVT bumper installed. Paint match prefect but is also doesn't look horrible so I'll leave it for a bit. I went ahead and wet sanded and polished it out today. I'm going to re paint it in the next few weeks. Also went ahead and put my older suspension on. The coils I got in a trade aren't going low at all. By time I put work into them and spent money, I'd be much better off buying new stuff. So they're up for sale and a few other parts to pay for quality coils and get this thing low finally.
I know your signature says "2001 Focus Sedan with JDM inspired mods" but shouldn't it say "2001 Focus with Ricer inspired mods"?
Sorry to be harsh but we should be going forward...
Couldn't agree more. If it was low with some nice wide wheels, I could go along with it but its a focus with too much CF and blue wheels.
And its all a shame because you obviously have some good fabrication skills but are really wasted on this car.

But of all the things you could Jew out on, suspension probably shouldn't be your first pick.
More fuel for the **** I understand where the criticism comes from, I really do. But in the end, I love the way I'm taking this car and I'm building it for me and no one else.
So I took the bumper off to repaint it to match and it snowballed from there. First I had a spot that got damaged so I fixed it. When sanding the repair, I didn't block it and put a wave in it. So I repainted the whole thing before finding the wave. Repair the wave, try just base coating the repair, and then putting clear on the whole thing, DAMN theres a huge shadow in the edge of base coat. Sanded the whole bumper back down and put base coat on the entire bumper and clear. Finally got it done. So yeah its been a fucked up couple of weeks working on that.
Also had to get rid of the battery tray I put in. I couldn't make it fit with the fogturns. So I'll be moving the battery to the trunk soon.
Next up on the list is paint the wheels, move battery to the trunk, repair and install my SVT center console including adding two 12v outlets, started working on my custom dash bezel again to hold an oil pressure gauge, install new stock shifter and cut it (not as short as I have now), install new OEM tails that look way better than mine.
His and hers...
Lastly I got my Koni coilovers sold. I'm just waiting on final payment on them. Once I have money in hand for that, I'll be buying real coilovers.
^^finally glad to see the shit coilovers got sold! Also the wheels should be in white, they'll look much, much better IMO. Can't wait to see this thing slammed!
I don't think there's really anything you can do to this car to make it look better. They're just too tall and narrow. This is the best attempt I've seen so far though...
The only reason I have a problem with the CF hood is the scoop on it. I **** nonfunctional exterior parts like that, but as you said it's yours and you like it. Aside from that I really dig this build.

I agree too. You could take all of that time and effort and really make this look awesome..But instead..
