Do you still have the stock lower spring perch on the housings? Or are you just running the spring on the perch GC supplied?

im running the stock perch and not the perch ground control provided. im only running the spring and the cap on top of the spring.
im about to get the stock perches removed and the ground control perches installed by ground control. they say i can only use their short inserts with it though. i hope this setup gets me low enough

Yeah thats your holdup. They say that just because there won't be much travel with the stock length shocks and that setup, It will definatly get you lower though, thats how I had it before. You're still going to want a shorter shock if you really plan on going low.

Did a little bit of work this past weekend. Only had about 5 hours each day of working time so not a lot, but it's still progress lol.
My power steering delete. Polished the sides up a while ago when I was bored
Installed. You won't even be able to see it once the engine's in lol
ABS removed, wires taken out and a few brackets shaved off
Ugh, wires
New location for the ABS, right under where it was before. Made some brackets out of the old ones to hold it in place
Pump in place. I might redesign the right bracket but its very sturdy as is right now. I'd mostly remake it just for peace of mind.
Even left room for a fog in case I ever decide whether or not I want to run them
I'm going to make a small plastic splash shield that covers the pump so the electronics don't get wet from rain or puddles.
Started to make the new hard lines but the old ones were rusted tight into the hoses so I ordered new hoses and cleaned up for the night.

Been collecting parts recently, haven't had any time to work on the car or the engine since the last update.
Dinan lightweight e39 M5 flywheel and clutch kit (rated to hold 450ft/lbs in a 4000lb car, should be able to hold up to the abuse I'm going to give it in a 300ft/lb 2600lb car)
Bunch of overly expensive gaskets ($200 for these fucking things)
and a couple of rough shape caps for the RF's. Got a deal on these I couldn't resist

Totally found what I'm using for a coolant overflow. I was doing a courtesy check on a Dodge Dakota today at work and noticed this (pressure cap in the upper line)
Now I just need to find a place to mount it in the jungle gym of an upper hose that my car will have.

More dumb little parts
Shifter bushings and a new waterpump pully to replace the old one I broke taking off the fan clutch :-O
6 speed shifter emblem with ricer M stripes lol. It's stupid little things like this that I love about projects

Huge update!
complete with newly added fingerprint and a 2 delete.
This is really the most I've done all week lol. Been working late every night and haven't even touched the car.
A pic of its sleeping spot. Even missing an engine its still pretty low lol

Thanks!
Test fit the e30 booster up front this weekend- no go. I guess theres a reason people use the V8 boosters all the time. The e30 master cylinder is too long so it hits the headlights before you can get the booster past the fender and start moving it farther away.
That probably makes no sence and I don't know how to better explain it, lol. Wish I took pics.
I got a few new brake lines bent up too. Was able to make them all almost completely unnoticeable from in the engine bay. Still need the new booster setup to make the last 2 lines and I need to run the wires to the ABS pump, but other than that the ABS relocation is done.
