Yeah had 2 lifts (as you can see), room for tool boxes all along the walls, room in the area in front of the lifts for like 2 more cars, an office, waiting area, and a half bath.

I think he said he was paying 2k a month for this place and another open garage with the same amount of space but no rooms.

Little update:
Took off the passenger side axle, it was leaking.
Thinking about replacing the 2 piece OEM Drive shaft as it has alot of play.
And I picked up these

Good guy, did great work, kept in constant contact. It took a little longer than expected but I had told him I wasn't really in a rush, and honestly (as the wheel nerds know) PC'ers always take longer than expected (just the way it is lol).

Over all I'd give it a 9/10. So if you need some good quality work done, shoot him a message on FB or give him a ring.

Little update, was getting some drive train noise so I took a look under the car and found the 2 piece drive shaft was deflecting alot and a leak from the axle I didn't replace (don't ask, long story).

I've got a question regarding the copper plating...

Copper tends to oxidise pretty quickly... are you getting those clear coated to protect the finish?

Not sure if you mentioned anything about this or not.
