The gold is cool, but it's got huge patches of lacquer peel and stuff, can't be bothered with it anymore. And I can't afford a proper job, it won't be rattle canned exactly but yeah it's going a sort of matt/satin grey.

Excuse me for being stupid, but what kind of rims is this? "MK3 Polo Steelies, 13". Banded to 7j and 7.5j." Original VW polo steel rims? Looks killer, These would look great on my mk1 Jetta! Did you buy second hand ones?

They are steel wheels off a polo, that have been banded (the wheel is split and a steel band welded in) to make them wider.

I bought them all done, most people buy old steel wheels and get them done. You have to get them done by someone who knows exactly what they're doing, mind you.
