YEahhh.. maybe you're right. Atleast some spacers are going to be needed for the stock wheels. I'd **** to have all the work done, just to be rollin' on sunk in stock wheels for 3-4 months . Maybe something modest, because after going over the offsets I may want a little bit more poke on the rears.

First off I'm new to stance works, but I'm loving the community so far. I've had my 2004 350Z Touring since 2006, and it's been through several different stages. I don't have any pictures of the car fresh from the dealer. Actually I've been really poor at documenting my cars changes, and upgrades over the years, and have barely any photos at all. And that is kind of the purpose of this build thread is to finally document the car, and hopefully achieve an end result.

Here's the car about a month after purchasing it. Blacked the headlights out myself, varis cf intake duct(only mod to make it through 3 different transitions) and added a veilside CF lip. (I can't get away with this lip, and through my thread you'll see that I've purchased the same one on 3 separate occasions)



The year following this photo I added a couple of upgrades like stock sideskirt and rear add ons, 18" SSR Professors (weak offset), skunk2 lowering springs, and s2k shortty antenna. This is the only photo I have of my car at this stage. It was at some car meet/show in San Francisco.

Shortly after this photo I ended up getting tired of the import scene and decided to part the car out. Put it back to stock, all except the intake duct which is unfortunately permanant.
After about 2 yrs of rolling stock I got the modding bug again. Added Work T1s's with stepped lip and matte black, tanabe sustec pro 5's (wouldnt recommend doesnt lower the rear half low enough), hks true dual ti exhaust, top secret CF diffuser, and yes another CF veilside front lip. This build didn't last long as things started to fall apart. Lip got ripped off in a huge puddle during heavy rain fall, and shortly after that I ran into money problems and had to part the car out again, thinking this time I was going to sell it. Unfortunately I have zero pictures of the car at this point, so I can't share, but it wasn't my fav look anyway, the wheels just never looked right on the Z for me. (a lot of these parts are for sale over on my350z.com if anyone is looking for 350z parts. Just a heads up, as the buddy I sold these parts to, is now parting his car out)

So long story short, I kept the Z, couldn't part with it, but a few months ago it got ***** on and keyed in my parking garage. Being as it was going to need fresh paint, I decided to give it one more shot, and do a simple build that would hopefully last atleast long enough to get some decent photos LoL. So here are some pictures of the car in the shop.




Decided to paint it Audi Ibis White. Also ordered a 2008 350z front end to add to the mix before paint. Here's the paint progression.




Adding a gloss black top as we speak, and the car should be out of the body shop by the end of this week. A couple of parts I have waiting for the car to get out....




Got bored and decided to custom paint a JDM fairlady emblem at home..



And last but not least, a CF front lip Although its a Mine's and not Veilside this time around, they are both the exact same style though.



Anyways thanks for looking. I'll keep the thread updated as the car gets out of the shop and parts get added. I also placed a order through VividRacing for Gold Work VSXX's. 18x10 +13/18x11 +0, but have just been informed my ETA isn't until the end of July So I'll need some cheap wheel suggestions until then!
