BMW 2002 - White Knuckle Ride -

So its time to present my project
This is my BMW 2002 from 73, buy it 100% in original shape in 2010 July, but my plans is to make a road race car...

Begins like this - the grandmama mobile










Some specs:

- Big Brakes: discs are brembo ventilated and drilled, with e21 323i hubs, and volvo 244 turbo Brake Calipers
- Suspension are Bilsteins Sport with handmade custom springs
- LSD is a 4.10 on 40% from E21
-Twin dellortos 40 (for now)
- Front Anti Roll Bar is 22mm and 19mm in the rear
- Wheels – Ronal Kleeblatt 7x13 from 73
- Recaro Seats, and sabelt seatbelts
- Petri steering wheel
- no photos yet, but it has now 4 Cibies Oscar
- Custom made exhaust

Next week I will put hydraulic handbrake and rear discs (from an e30)

The engine only have twin dellortos (40) but is going to be the M10 reworked to 2170CC (more or less) 45s twin webers , 304 schrick cams, lighten up a bit the crankshaft, forged pistons, big valves, etc etc etc...put some poison on. gear box will be a ZF close 5 speed

i had some trouble in the begin in "put the car down", the suspension set in the is very high.
in the photos the car is very high, i will try to post some pics of the car with the new coils, wich is about 35mm lower front and back
the LDS is insane, every time i run the car in lisbon, iīm always doing sh** on streets, its impossible not to do it

Nop, this is the portuguese plates, very similar to dutch plates

I going to participate in a rallye in April, the color (vinyl) will be the the RED option
