              So, i don't post much because working 3 jobs and being a full time student takes up most of my time..

              Need a little help before i order everything.

              The coilovers, agility, that im going with have spring rates of 600(rear)/800(front). i can get custom spring rates when i order, should i? will it benefit me for going lower? if so, what springs rated are best?

                    Nothing ground breaking..doing more research before i go balls in..could someone explain to me spring rates on coilovers? as in, what is better for "stance". High/low and whatnot? would be appreciated.
