This will more than likely be quite different to anything else on the forum as I'm sure theirs not many french cars on here. The Car is a 1.8 16v clio, it's sitting around 145bhp, and they are becoming quite rare. hope you all enjoy it

• Naples red 1.8 16v clio
• At the minute it's pretty standard just with the exception of a magnex exhaust system and an air filter
• It's had a full engine overhaul and hasn't been on the road since then as the previous owner didn't have the time for it
• Its also has ****ty tsw wheels which i don't like so their leaving.

Plans are:

• Getting a set of renault turbines for it this week
  • clean up all the body work etc as it has sat for a while and faded a touch.
  • Tidy up the engine bay
  • lowered a touch more at the back
  • fix the leaky sunroof
  • maybe supercharge it next year (if i keep it till then and have the cash :P)

Took the scuttle panel, spoiler and wipers off as they were grey and faded, so i sprayed them up

My cousin used to have one of those. Apparently they're quicker to 60 than a Williams? Anyways welcome an awesome wheel choice, turbines look sick.

Well got some bad news today. The big end bearings have went on the engine, the car wasn't showing any signs of a problem until it just cut out the other week. Sourced another engine so just need to get it fitted.

Not much to update on as the car is still of the road but the plan is while the engine is out to stick a williams bottom end on it, arp head bolts and bottom end bolts, new gaskets all round, power boost valve and generally clean up the engine and bay. Once that is done i hope to save up and get some carbon fibre door cards from mc racing in france

I'm happy enough with the turbines at the minute but Borbets would be very cool, theirs a list of wheels i would love for the car but first thing is to get the engine sorted.
