The 18" wheels fit the car much better than the 19"s, very nice way to finish of the car's look.

Thanks.. at the end of the day the 18's were a better fit for me too.
I have a few more plans, but I have to wait it out.

Do you have any rubbing issues now? Curious to know if you ended up rolling the fenders or did any trimming.
            Will design/build websites for wheels

I went from 18X8 et35 with 215/40 tires. Fenders were rolled as a precaution and to get more low and now 18X8.5 et 45 same tires no rubbing at all.

I actually want to space the rears maybe 10mm to sit more flush with the fender.

Very nice. I have ULs coming in next week. I'm thinking I need to save up for rolling & a skid plate next.

                  Rolling the fenders = Yes
Skid Plate? Hmmm Not really, MKV and above oil pan does not sit as low as the prevous models. The skid plate also wont allow you to go ultra low. yes pun intended.

What size wheels are you going with and how low do you intend on going?
Mine has a ton of low to go in the front, but I need a frame notch to accomplish that.
In the rear I can maybe go about 1.5 or 2 inch lower.
