Hey everyone.
I'm Jimmy from Australia and I'm going to share with you hopefully something a bit different to what you usually see around on these forums.
It'd be a very long post if I were to try and squeeze over 4 years of owning the car in this first post so I'll do my best to describe how it sits as of now.
It's a 1989 Nissan R32 Skyline GTE 4 door that has to serve a few purposes for me. I want something that's got good stance, is driftable and also gets me around for my day-to-day duties.
It's manual with RB25DE engine.
Some mods include
2.5" catback exhaust
Blitz pod filter
GTS-t brake conversion
GTS-t shimmed LSD
Silkroad coilovers
Silkroad adj. front camber arms
Recaro SR3 drivers seat
Nardi 330mm classic steering wheel
Nismo leather gear knob
Factory aero skirts
Factory 'autospoiler'
Rims are
SSR Formula Mesh
17x8 +25 (with 25mm spacer, effective offset 0) running a 205/45R17 Federal 595SS
17x9 +13 running a 215/45R17 Federal 595SS
That's a basic summary of what I've done to the car, there are other little things but nothing major.
I searched for months trying to find the set of rims I have, they're not perfect sizes but I knew I could get them to fit relatively well until the time comes where I find the perfect sizes. Ideally I think I want to be running the 9's up front and find a pair of 10's for the rear.
I try and get out on the track every month or two as well.
