So I finally stopped being lazy and put the new oil pan on, I usually dont take pictures when I work because I like to get things over with so my bad for the lack of pics, but this is what it looked like after taking the pan of (not so much of a bitch the third time around). The pick up was happy to see me lol.

Comparing the Busted Pan to the New One.

The bottom of the new pan (YES IT IS GOOFY) but I like irony

So after tightning everything back up and fightn with the motor mounts she fired right up and ran perfectly. NO LEAKS.

AND SO IT GOES ON UPDATES COMING SOON!!!

Glad to see you brought the thread back to life. you ever thought of making your own skid plate to fix the "oil pans keep breaking" issue?

Haha yeah the were skunk 2 sleeve coilovers with shortened (2 inches) stock strut tubes, I like saving money when i can and i didnt build this car to road race so real coilovers wouldnt have served their purpose real well. I CRUISE HARD

These are a couple more recent pics of the car from summer of last year, right before I broke the third oil pan on the car (the weekend before Wekfest Dallas) . Due to some hard times I had the car towed to my house where it's sat since then, I sold the wheels/tires and coilovers so I could pay some bills and fix the oil pan, I was gonna sell the car but I like it way too much so i've decided to rebuild it BETTER than it was before. I'm ordering Ground Control Coilovers (and shortening the stock strut housings) with my income tax return and doing a little body work right now. Still don't know what I want to do about wheels though

I'll post new pics in a bit.

Thanks dude, the shock tubes were shortened 2", using (one off) skunk2 coilovers, and i used corrado front shocks. The rears are cut HR springs, im still looking for a company that will just sell me rear coilovers.
