haha i tried to ollie it but couldn't get enough bounce goin on. kickflip will take some practice!

for the top arms, the top of the suspension upright is slotted for camber adjustment. i lost one of the offset washer bolts though haha so need to find another one, or im thinking about just finding the optimal setting then maybe making some special washers that fix a regular bolt in the right position.

Just tuned in to this build fully. Watched every video, read every word, and kicked 5 beers back. I'm really in awe of the way you get things done. The simplicity of it is really motivational/inspirational, not to mention the fact that you've taken the time to make all these videos and explain everything with words and creative picture sequences. This is a wonderful build thread and I'm really really happy to have clicked on it tonight. I think this is the start of something really good for you. The basic project by itself is a 10/10 as well.

alec, thank you very much for the compliments, that is the best and nicest feedback ive ever had and i really appreciate it. i love everything automotive, including build threads and im stoked that these days an average guy from nz can share my passions with other enthusiasts from around the world, using little more than a point-and-shoot camera, iMovie and a bit of time.

not to get nostalgic or show my age too much, but i remember in the early 2000's when people would put '56k beware' warnings on build threads with more than a few pictures, whereas these days id feel bad if i uploaded video less than 720p HD or pictures that are re-sized down too much haha oh how times have changed for the better!

i do hope that one day ill be able to get some parts or something sponsored to help make the build or the videos better, but for now the satisfaction from making them and people enjoying them is well worth the effort i put in.

haha yeah the sun doesn't come out much in wellington so i try to get some rays when its out and warm. its summer down here in new zealand, so im looking forward to getting a few more months of warm weather before it gets cold again

mocking up this turbo was a bit of a mission, its soooo damn heavy! haha. i think there's going to be a fair bit of bracing to the motor to hold it in place. im just waiting on my Tial exhaust housing and then can get into it after that (probably in a week or so)
