So I bought the car off in mid-August of 2010, pretty much dead stock except for having the SR swapped into it . Here is how I originally got the car.

The first thing I did when I got home was get rid of those taillights and swapped some stock ones back on. Much better.

Being into VWs first I got into the stance scene in late 2008, and one of the main reasons for me wanting to pick up a 240 was seeing all of the retardedly low drift guys. I had a set of KSport coils and the 18x9.5 +12 SSR Viennas from my failed project that I started in April and ended up selling for a stupid price, so the next step was to throw those on.

Buuuuut even after rolling and trying to pull the fenders I was still having some serious rubbing issues thanks to the 225/40s (should have gone with 215/35s to begin with)

So I did some more work and finally got enough clearance to where it was relatively drivable. I still can't get rid of that goddamn seam at the top of the wheel well enough and have approximately a 5mm groove in both of my front tires from it. If anyone has some tips on how to get rid of that other than heating and hammering hit me up!
Went and took some pics with the chuki front still on after a little wash. Oh also as you can see I got a stock headlight cover and painted it and threw that on, couldn't stand how the black headlight contrasted with the car.

The next thing that I wanted was a big front mount to fill the center hole on the aero that I had waiting to go on, so I picked one up and pieced together some piping from guys off zilvia (tried to save money but should have just gone with a piping kit, would have ended up cheaper and better).

As you can see from that pic I needed to relocated the battery. So I got a kit off of JEGS ($75 shipped!) and threw that in. The next step was to get the terrible fitting aero kit that I got from a group buy with VISracing... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. But with some heat and some ummmmm ingenuity I was able to get the bumper and side skirts on which made me like the lines of the car infinitely more.

Then one day while I was driving I encountered a speedbump that didn't agree with my ride height and ripped open my power steering line, so I am now without power steering. Also made me realize how grimey it was under there.

Then decided to pull off the black body lines to clean the car up.

And I got my Apex'i SAFC NEO along with my GReddy turbo timer hooked up!

Plans for the future are to get some tuning done to hopefully get around the 220-230 WHP mark on the stock T25, along with fitting the rear bumper and either moving to a wingless hatch or finding a different wing that suits the car better.
