while away i gathered some parts, big bumpers (i know some people wont approve), grooved brake disks (havent touched since), some gmax shocks and springs and rubbed down and painted the slam panels
back home

great job on the damaged side

engine out

bay primed (cept for the battery tray as it needs some cutting and weldin)

picked up some revo's........15x7 in the back and 15x6 up front, knew the 15's be big but i got a bargain

then put in the rear suspension and when they settled


this annoyed me so i set about spraying the stripped back, oh and picked up a set of subaru seats, JDM as fuck i know :P
this is just a mock up, now they sit pretty low in the car, pimpin

painted the engine bay purple and threw in a low mileage 5-speed 1.3 (for now)

picked up a rear strut brace

then the change of heart
got my wellers from england, 13x8's, so that day i went down to tom geraghtys, knowing the size i wanted, but he didnt have any in stock, and didnt think they'd stretch so he gave me some 185/60/13........i wasnt content obviously



so i took the wheels back to em, and he ordered my nankangs 165/55/13, i know nankangs are shit in the wet but they are hard wearing (camber) and stretch like a champ ha









so thats how she stands, raised her on the shocks and springs, didnt know they were adjustable, for the NCT, have fk coilovers to go in after christmas! bought crosshair headlights, must fit the polo gt cam i got, in the process of setting up bike carbs, i have both seats welded in, still undecided on the arches, sideskirts and trim. needs an exhaust system etc etc
cannot wait for next summer, classic insurance will hopefully mean a 20vt conversion
