Had this car for about 2 years now. Car's been in a couple different directions. but finally starting to catch onto the stance game so figured id try my hand at it.
car started here back in jan 09 like this, before i knew the proper order in which to modify a car.

over the next few months i did the whole lowering spring thing and once a small taste of lowering i couldnt get enough. beginning of this year i snatched a set of coilovers and decided to try a different look and picked up some cheap bbs's, the result being:

Loved the wheels but quickly grew tired of the high offset and the wheels being a little too small for the car so picked up a new set of tires and popped the old o.z.s back on

Enter the middle of the year, I started catching on more to stanced cars. hellaflush, canibeat, stance nation, stance works all being part of my daily internet lurking so decided id try my hand.
Noone had ever really played with fitment on an xD so i decided id go for something with a higher offset and adapt/space so i could essentially create my own offset. I have a soft spot for the full face wheels like the ronal turbos, shmidt th-lines, and zenders. so i started looking for something. came across a set of rear sawblades (all 9.5"s) for a good price semi locally so picked them up the same weekend.
over the next couple months i had found a set of adapters, had the wheels blasted and powdercoated and got tires mounted and balanced and came up with this result:

I wanted something a bit different color wise, and after toying with polishing for a while i decided to try a copper metallic. I definitely like the outcome, and ive gotten a lot of love/**** responses but thats ok. They'll probably see polish in the future when the color grows old on me but until then i'll rock them like this.
Now if only the weather will stop being weak so i can get outside and drop the back end to fit.
Thanks for reading what I now realize has become a book, comments and critique welcome.
cheers
More lows in the back coming when the weather permits a day to get outside, then i'll clean her up and take some proper pictures.
