Ok so my color showed up. I'll be spraying the car this weekend That means I've only got a couple more days to wrap up the remaining body work and bumper fitment. Last update I showed how I attached the reinforcement webbing to the quarters, but that left the center of the bumper saggy in the rear, so I screwed a piece of pvc to the back lol



ghetto, but effective.



That left it sitting on rather nicely



But I wasn't down with the way it was fitting on the sides. Kinda sticks out and the corners come to a weird point that doesn't belong on an e28. Go figure. It's like the bumper was made for something else...





So I cut down the inner lip by about a half inch and shaved off that corner pointy dude, which left a hole, so I fiberglassed over that.



Then mexibeer, because cinco de mayo was somewhere in there



Then I did a fancy test fit



Then I got some tires mounted



Then I put them on!
