      Please be patient !

Update when I have my front wings wetsanded and polished because they are ugly atm
And a full photoshoot is planned with a photographer

Just for you to know, the car is now sitting on AirLift struts with camber plates in the front and AirLift also in the rear with Unibal. They are fully adjustable, stiffness and height of course with an independent management system.

      Stay tuned

Glad to see this thread. I think you may have seen my Brothers thread of my e21 that we've been building. Currently just finished up our bag setup as well... Oh my does the rear tuck away now. But i dont know if you have come into any trouble with the fronts. Currently the fronts go low but not low enough. The lower control arm gets hung up on the cross-member of the sub-frame. Let me know how yours goes. I will update my thread later tonight as well.

As you can see, I was already pretty low on coilovers so the control arms were often hitting the subframe which made some more room but only a little.

For the moment, I don't have much time to work on the car as I have recently bought a house and I am gonna have a baby this summer so I have some work in my house to do first.

But, I have planned to modify my front setup which is now enabling me to have the front wing at 3/4" from the BBS lip but I want to make the wing touch the lip. I think I have some room but it will involve laying frame on the ground. I have some ideas like notching the subframe a bit but still need to find some time to test it.

I think I will update my topic in June after a French show.
Keep the good work coming dude on your E21, it's a beauty (I just don't like the US bumpers but knowing how difficult they are to find in Europe, I can easily imagine the nightmare to find them in the US)

                          • Little update...

Because of Mexican ans his f**king insane E36 decked on the ground, when I saw my car face to face with his and seeing that he has even less wheel to arch gap than I that being static, I knew I had to work more on my E21 !
                            It's all your fault Sergio

So I have begun to modify my front subframe, smart cuts and welds can solve that !

Car was like that before the mods, it's difficult to see it but actually, there is almost 1'' clearance but the control arm were touching the subframe with my current setup
(even with the subtle mods I had previously done which weren't sufficient to lay frame)

I hope to finish the work on the subframe this week but I don't know when I will have time to replace it because I am gonna be a Dad in less than 10 days
