                    • personally i love the SE bumpers. love the look but cant wait to see dishes white with black bolts.

with the mod you've done to get your side lights in your indicators, is there a second bulb in there or do your indicator bulbs stay lit up?

As i dont know shat about electronics how hard would it be to do that mod to my dirty6?

                      • Its a seperate loom wired into into the sidelight/indicator harness.

Its using the original indicator bulb, ive tapped into the sidelight supply (multiplug on back of headlight), the positive goes into a on/off switch and then into a resisitor (i forget the ohmage) to drop the current down so the bulb gloes dimmer. The neg from sidelight supply taps in on the neg on the indicator loom just before the bulb plug, as does the postive coming from the resistor. Youll need to solder in diodes to stop the back feed travelling back up the indiactor loom otherwise the rears and side repeater will glow too!

I fitted a switch into the loom so you can have the running lights on and off as you please and for MOT purposes. The indicators will still work perfectly and be brighter as normal because of the resistor making the running lights dimmer.

                          • No, theyre not as bright as they look in the photos, they flash brighter when indicating and not because I forgot the ohmage, the resistors ARE correct its just I cant remember what ones they are now.
