I found a set of 17x8 BBS style 5's on craigslist dirt cheap. so i slapped them on. the front tires rub on the strut tower so im gonna need smaller tires and spacers.

Hey guys, wanted to officially start a build thread on my 1974 BMW Bavaria. Ive always loved these cars and have had a passion for vintage european vehicles. I happened to stumble upon this car at a friends shop. He was in the middle of restoring it and lost the ambition so i picked it up for next to nothing. It runs but needs to be timed and the carbs adjusted. It leaks, everything! Has some alignment issues ( i think steering bushings), and a few other minor issues. But the body is in great shape and it has new brakes.It has all the original paperwork and all the receipts. I have HUGE plans for this car and im sure you guys will like the end result.
