good luck with the project OP. your off to a good start. i used to have an early '70s Bavaria a few years ago and had big plans for her but when i discovered the amount of rust that she had underneath it all, i ended up selling her.Comment

Side note - I'm sure you've thought of it, but are there any other bumper options that could smooth out the front and back of the car.
