given the way the paint looks in the booth, youd think so, but its not going cosmos. its a custom mix, deltron jet black with frost red pearl

funny thing is the cars supposed to be cosmos originally, but its been resprayed once upon a time before i got it, and was just sprayed a random solid black

slightly hyperventilating atm. door jambs and stuff are all painted. windows out and final rub down tomorrow, then paint wednesday!!

nooooooooooooooo. getting the trims and some other plastics painted in a semi gloss/satin black deal. so they'll look very oem plastic, but never discolour/fade.

so the car got its last coat of primer yesterday, and its ready for final rub down before paint!! then its painting bumpers, trims, cutting rear bumper to match arch, etc etc.

saw it yesterday morning, god its looking good. sooooooooooooooo cant wait!



fuel flap is mint. just need to add an extended stopper so it sits in the right closed position, and extend the locking latch





cant wait to get the simmons on and fill the arches out



and popped the fog light duct into old bumper to see how it fit. tad small around the edges, but otherwise nice fit. will probably run a thin strip of foam around the edge to center it for fitting.

just normal cloth, so the weave is a bit off/stretched in places

Did you use the CF sleeve material to make these bits or normal flat cloth? Looks good

finally finished the foglight duct i was making. few flaws, needs clearcoat but not bad for my first go at a plug mold piece. need to fix a few bits on the mold and bang out a few more now
