    I really really like this.

It makes me want a Y33 that much more. I also have BNIB S13 coilovers collecting dust, so now that you're going in that direction I'm even more interested.

      do it

i just got s14 abs hubs/spindles last night, so the last step is sourcing a set of s14 rear top hats that'll work with the zeals, getting a set of swift springs in a crazy ridiculous spring rate, and getting the zeals revalved to work with said springs. i'm excited

GODDAMN this thread fell off a map. sorry guys, no progress as of yet -- i've been getting back on my feet after copping a newer lexus ("build" thread here: http://www.stanceworks.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=15115)

since i last posted until now, a few things have happened:

                  1. brother was driving the car through a construction zone and pwnt both rear tires
                  2. found out both rear wheel inner barrels were cracked
                  3. acquired style 95's with adapters for temp wheels
                  4. sold most of the s14 shit i bought (since my brother didn't want to get any lower)
                  5. replaced a power steering rack
                  6. brother decided to go to school in NYC, so he gave the car back to me.

                  the latest progress:

these are new inners for the stitches -- the shop is in the process of cutting them apart (turning them from a 3-pc welded to a regular 3-pc wheel).

i'm gonna get the car realigned, the wheels and new tires mounted, then drive the shit out of this thing. i missed it.

i'm also going to get the rear outer barrels narrowed 0.5" to make the wheel an 11.5 -- i've always felt this car had wayyyyy too much rear camber compared to the front. i'd like to run maybe -6.5*-7* again in the rear to give the car a more balanced look. i don't think this will happen for another few months though... but i'll keep you guys posted :P
