I think everyone was talking about stretch because the only tiee that will get serious stretch on a 8" rim is a 165

oh and I think they look great on those wheels. I had 165's and just wasn't a fan of the short sidewall. I enjoy some chunk to my tires

so i have some updates for everyone starting off with how the car looked when we pulled it into the garage

Here's some under body shots off all the fun stuff

                  My awesome strut tower modifications

We made some 3iinch schedule 40 extended top hats

the wheel and tire setup, cragar soft 8 triple dipped chrome 15x8 6 et -30et after 1.5 dx100 to 5x114.3 adapter wrapped in 195 45 15 federals

The cutting begins, there was so much crappy body work from the previous owner we took one inch out of every wheel arch like this

had to grind down the wheel studs to make the adapters get flush

                  More cutting

                  finally getting somewhere

get the car drivable and finally get home at 7am. I wake up go get gas and pulling in this happens

So i kind of pulled it back and raise the car a half inch and take it to englishtown for the weekend like this

And a small shoot afterwards heres one pic

car is getting torn apart and painted not to mention getting worked to fit some 15x10 j lines over winter and im building a ITB'd sohc for it ill kepp everyone updated C&C welcome love or ****

yea i would buy 165's but its almost winter and the car doesn't have heat let alone a heater core or defroster. Doesn't get driven much lately not to mention the tear down begins soon and new wheel setup is 15x10's on all four corners
