My girl is driving a W115/8 from 1972..
I like driving this old wrecker...

A good friend mom passed away, and has a 1986 W124 300E for sale..(bargain)
There is a rule in NL all cars before 1/1/1987 will be taxfree so after 25 yrs..
SO i'm Lucky.

W124 300E
airco (expensive extra and still working)
manual gearbox (rare)
tricky windows
unforunately it's no leather but oke...
Colour bronze and several rust places..

To-do
Lower it with a suspension kit (till the good stance
AMG wheels original E55 W210
make it a new type E class.. or MK2

Paint it black (non metallic)
Dark Grey underdoor panels and bumpers

Hopefully ill find some better seats (OEM sporty ones) from W201 2,3 16v
maybe it fitts

i want to know your tire size choice also will you make something to the fenders, any spacers for the wheels?

It is going to be a sick project. I am currently working on my stance then fabing up a centrifugal supercharger for my m104

Well i'm very impulsive iff it comes to cars..

i have to invest about 5000 euro;s to have it as i want...

I'm going to do a wheeler dealer job....

changes the bad bodywork parts, respray several parts.
and put the OEM bodykit under the doors

What i will do is make a MK2 from it (2nd pic)

In the smokesilver (702) do several reprayspotrepairs
change several bodypanels and doors dents and scratches
put the OEM sideskirts on a bit darker. in the matching color also bumpers
than cut the springs 2 rings so its more leveled..

and remew the exhaust middle part and brakes in the rear..

drive it for a month and then sell it in NL for about 4000 euros

If i invest in the car too much than my profit drops much..
If i sell the W124 ill look for a diesel 524TD E28
