Sharing my experience with wheelflip
Ordered 2 raw lips for work equips ($327.00) on May April 20th . waited a week and heard nothing so I emailed him if they had shipped them yet or not because I need it them ASAP (was attending an American Caner Society and Kidney foundation car meet). He said that each lip need it 2 special cut outs to work with the work wheels wich would be $45 extra each. Just need it the damn lips already so i paypaled him $94 to cover cover fees. He said they were going to be shipped on the 30th or the 1st for sure. A few days passed and emailed him if he had a tracking number. No emails back. Call, never answer. emailed him a few days later, and again and again....but no answer. Need it the lips ASAP and he just didn't respond to anything. Tired of waiting and called Vrwheels and ordered my lips. within 30 minutes i had a tracking number from them (awesome customer service from vrwheels). I contact my bank and started a claim since i had no way of getting in contact with the seller and i wanted my money back, After calling my bank and start a claim there, i started a claim in my paypal account and guess what I see 30 minutes later...a tacking number from wheelflip saying the lips were shipped. checked the number and the lips were JUST shipped. piece of shit decided to ship after he saw the claims. What kind of business is that? I already ordered the lips from vrwheels so I will see if its possible to get my money back somehow
Anybody thinking of ordering, self your safe the hassle and order from a different company
