that is more likely due to the fact that both places have much different lexicons, and I believe that is the definition of diction

Yea i here that man!!! My family is creole on my dad side and OMGsh. I couldn't understand them a lick, until a few days of being around them haha.. And my mom side is just country, but their dialect is from the deep roots of Mississippi LMBO
