Hey Savannah people, where's a good place to take my girlfriend to eat on her birthday? I'm going to take her down there this weekend.

How much do you want to spend?

Not a stupid high amount, but still reasonable.

What area do you plan on going to? Downtown, southside, tybee and other islands.?

Theres a spanky's on tybee and downtown also, good chicken burgers and seafood. North Beach Grill on tybee is also pretty good. There's Molly Meguires on wilmington island where I live, another burger/seafood place. Also a place called Troy (I've never eaten there but I've heard good things) its mediterranian stuff. Any of those places would be good if you're going to the beach.

Lady and Sons downtown is Paula Deens resturaunt, eaten there a few times. It's close to pretty much everything downtown. The Spanky's there is right on riverstreet overlooking the river and hutchinson island. (where there's a racetrack if you're feeling froggy haha)


There's an Olive garden on the southside by the mall for italian food. Logan's Roadhouse for burgers and steaks and stuff. I don't go out to that side of town to much but idowerk lives out that way. I think he's the only other guy on the forum from savannah.

All of those places though shouldn't break the bank and will keep you out of the shitty parts of town.
