so i didnt really know where to put this... but... i started the rusting process on my hood today

dont worry though i got a certa-shit hood to do it to... wouldn't do that to an OEM hood... unless it was my e30 maybe

oh and no pics yet as it was dark when we got it all on... but ill try to take a few pics tomorrow

i cant wait for leavenworth drive, the bmw community is going to shit a brick haha

few e30's and of course the e28

mike, have you looked into the making of different colored rust? i was just looking around our shop and found some epson salt, just trying to make it rust faster, and it has turned some of my hood green...

since you the only other one on here that ive see with a significant amount of rust, have you experimented with anything else to make other colors?
