I would get an allignment before going. The camber isn't the issue really... just make sure your Toe is set to zero. I have been driving on -3.5 camber for a long time with no abnormal wear, but I once had a toe issue and only drove a couple thousand miles and completely killed a front pair of newer tires.

I run 3.5 up front on the M3 and the front street tires have almost flat wear and they have a good 12,000 to 15,000 miles on them.
Toe with aggressive camber killers tires. It isn't the camber by itself.
I'm wondering, have you seen James' BBS RF's in person before? The ones he built with the Kodiak lips a few years ago, this may be your chance if you haven't
