Help, BBS Caps needed

I cant for the life of me find the BBS Caps i got last year, i need one as one has started to corrode.

Picture below shows the ones im after on my car.

Justmatz has informed me there being discontinued along with some others.
any help would be great

Is it the BBS half height cap you're after? Or the full cap?

These were the fall cap, is there a way of taking of the important part and replacing it with a half cap ?
