I have a couple of sail banner poles if that would work, I don't know what sort of banner you have? You would still need something to hold the bottom though to weigh it down, would a rim? then stick pole through the hub hole?

Everyone seems to be coming in from different ways, on already set convoys, so looking to just meet at the venue on the stand.

At the gate they should know where StanceWorks are showing. I will hopefully be there. The answer from Jay was there will be a central space reserved.
