  • Yeah but you get to dick around on the web at work, so it's not all bad

And this car needs a respray so bad. I just got laughed at by some 17 year old dad and his even younger mrs as they climbed into a 1.1 saxo with a bodykit.

    Sik.

          • Bollocks, what are the offsets for your factory wheels?

            • Lol who the fuck have you been talking to, the standard offsets are 41.

You can fit literally everything on there. Who said it won't fit, and why? Its not the concave part thats the issue. Your entire statement actually confuses the balls of me.

              • Yeah, i dont tend to know what im talking about.

But, some bloke from a retailer ive emailed, hes "been in the business 30 years" and "knows what hes talking about"

                • Don't listen to whoever you just talked to, it's like the bmw scene 'you can't fit M wheels on a non M car'...fuck off. Do some measuring/calcs yourself and you'll work it out pretty quick. We can do it at the meet if you like?

                  • I think you need a wide wheel to have a good amount of concavity, cause otherwise it wont be strong enough? Or someshit.

I havent done much wheel changing, and so havent had any exp. But i know you guys have

                    • That'd be awesome, i need to work out some perfect fitment before i go nd spend inevitable monies on wheels!

Although i was planning on rockin up in the vw.. Lol

                      • the splitty? sick!

                        if it's ET41 on an 8x19

19x10j ET30 will be 30mm more poke and 15mm less clearance on the inside which would be slightly poking, only slightly, and I think would be doable on your beast but would be best to physically measure

not sure if your still looking at getting 20's though

                        • I have 15mm spacers and its almost flush (sorta) so would it be 15mm more ?

Still thinking of 20's, but 19's with a lower profile tyre is fine, the problem is finding tyres...

                          • Oh so around ET20 ish then...225 35 19 or 235 35 19 is common enough, you'd just have to measure it up properly to see what you'd need. Man I'm amped to see it done

                            • Same, aha.

THe street corner isnt working out..... gunna have to double time.

or get 19" monoblock NUE's et 35, and keep the spacers.

but they dont have the concave do they ... hmm
