Its an M sport rep then id say its fine. My e39 has an m badge on the back but im going to take it off as it will look cleaner.

If you want a great 135 look for a Pentacon. The older one with the 12 bladed iris. I've got one and it's fabulous.

Theres an e46 diesel coupe near me in coventry, its matte black, has scissor doors, fake m3 parts bodged wings and smurf blue vents on the bonnet. fake m3 exhaust, (m8 sound da tits on a diesel) Even that doesnt have an M3 badge.
