We've had the low emission zone (LEZ) introduced in london.
No seriously, its called LEZ.
But it only affects lorries, vans etc. Old cars are allowed. Don't understand why.Comment

We've had something similar before, which basically forbid old diesels to enter, but now theyre talking of changing it to EVERYTHING older than 10 years. I hope this won't make it into a law... would be effing awful
