Lip increase, converted to MM = net reduction in offset
Barrel increase, converted to MM = net increase in offset

Lip and Barrel changes: net reduction by lip + net increase by barrel = net change in offset (could be negative or positive)

Final offset = offset minus spacer size

Find out your current wheel specs and compare them to the x5 wheels on willtheyfit.com. Then you'll see where they will sit in comparison and how much spacer you'll need to get the wheels wherever you want them with the relating tyre size/shape needed for it.
