George, any info on who manages the car park?
If its anyone but the local council, you can stay as long as you like.
Those companies can only issue you with a parking charge, they will pay the DVLA £15 for the details of the registered keeper and will send a few letters threatening legal action.
Any attempt at contacting them will just result in them sending you out template letters. Ignore, frame on the wall, and laugh at the empty threats of them taking you to court.

yeah, park as long as you like.
Edit: I knew clamping has now become illegal but it seems now the companies have some more powers.
Anyone know how the car park operates? Via camera or is there someone walking around (given it doesn't say how to pay so I'm guessing pay and display)
there are some good tips here: http://www.theaa.com/public_affairs/...vate-land.html
will look more into the parking bit and ignoring the tickets but failing that, remove plates before entering and fit after exiting.
But failing all those points, asking for a breakdown of the charge will be enough for them to drop the case.Last edited by NeilP; 01-31-2013, 06:02 AM.
