I'm the same I've already worked out what wheels I want when I get a e36/e46 Touring.

Hmmm... my best friend is offering me a place at his shop where I can wrench on my car stuff...

I'd get my own place to work on my stuff, a sturdy workbench, space to store parts, and useage of the lift whenever I need it. For 120€ / month... price is killer.

But I'm not sure about it, as it's 70kms away from me... On the other hand, my friend lives just 5min away from there and so I could easily crash at his place when I have something bigger to do on the car.

i would offer the same, but i think 70km away is better than my place by a few hundred or so.

on the plus side, i just received my bags and kit for the E46... where to fucking start.. tubing? tank? valves?, struts are already built ready to bolt on now i have no fucking clue where to start...
