Turns out I ordered the wrong calipers.

Sent them back today and ordered the correct ones.

The correct ones are even more expensive. 510€, gone.



Should've bought a freaking Fiesta. Could've just bought five Fiestas for that kinda money.

Just tried to install new brake pads on the Audi. Both front calipers have one cylinder seized. Ugh.

Just ordered new calipers. 300€, gone.

I still have to replace the bake piston seals on the calipers of the CLK.

Never realised that I have to completely disassemble the calipers for that
Should have done that before I painted them, ughh...

Also, I've been sick at home since last tuesday. Got to drive the Audi today for the first time since then... been puttering around in my dad's E91 to get to the doctor's and such. Ugh, how much nicer the A8 feels compared to that cramped, shitty E91 hard plastic shit everything broken electronics devil witchcraft car.
