Ive been drawing up adaptor options in CAD and literally the only one feasible is 4x108-4x100 which I already knew. 4x108-5x130 maybe possible but once counter bores are added then holes are pretty much touching. So frustrating.

Can't you do one with the hole in same place, then 1 long bolt and 3 standards?
