I don't think it really makes much of a difference if you don't know a whole lot of people, and im pretty sure the UK community of S|W only really took off at the start of this year, I wouldnt say its "dwindling" already.
As far as the meets went im certain they got larger and larger every time.

Looking forward to next year tbh.
