Other news, did I say that my neighbours been sentenced? 18 months something (like probation, if he gets charged again in that time he will be punished for both), and has to pay all court charges of £620.

In April my neighbour went mental at me for sanding down my arches and making some noise. Pushed me in front of a police offer then denied even swearing at me. Finally went to court last Friday and he was found guilty and now has been sentenced.

Well it couldn't be dropped because of the witnesses etc, it was the police pressing charges, not myself.
