Owners clubs make me laugh...

After it told me it's sob story of falling on hard times, I'd offer to lend it a few quid(c wut i did thar) for rent money. I'd probably buy it's daughter a few outfits for school as well. Eventually, I'd take it to a family pic of mine and introduce it to everyone. We'd date for a while until a nice G35 came around and enticed me with the leather seats and navigation that I would never even use anyway. I'd end up breaking that tegs heart and it would walk on me. THAT'S how much I love this car.

But yeah comments like this, they make me laugh:
"seems mainly kids are buying them nowadays ..."
"for driving on britains roads ... wacko.gif
the ignis sport is a drivers car believe it or not
this stuff is best left to the euro crowd "
"find some twisties and really try it out .. you obviously havent done"
"does it not break a lot coz of how low it is ??"
Etc etc, that last one is funny, as I'm not even low.

It didn't sell on auction for £900, I think reading that it might be worth about £5-600. Only problem is I spoke to GAZ and they want £725+carriage+VAT+some parts for coilovers. Fuck that, not a chance, read online people were paying £650 delivered last couple of years.
Stainless exhaust, coilovers, new brake lines, manual swap and a bodyshop would see it going well. But can I be arsed with all that.....?
Yeah first I've seen really. There aren't many locally for sale and its either buy one for £2500 and have no cash to do much to it, or buy a lower end tatty one for <£1000 and just have a laugh in it.
