It's a good and a bad thing. Good because it stops a lot of extreme budget tyres from been sold. It's bad as R888s and that are going to be illegal.

But toyo have released the R1R which passes this new legislation, and I think Yokohama have the AD08.

Anyway it doesn't come in effect till November 2012.
